Become a Volunteer

There are five (5) primary requirements:

  1. Submit Volunteer Application***
    Due to the large number of applications we have received,
    we are sorry that we cannot accept any more at this time.
  2. Interview
    1. Scheduled by Coordinator via Email or Telephone following receipt of application
  3. Health Clearance
    1. Two TB tests
    2. Proof of Immunity to Chicken Pox, Mumps, Measles and Rubeola
  4. Hospital Orientation
  5. Join the Volunteer Program
    1. Complete Orientation Packet
      1. Sign Oath of Confidentiality
      2. Read Volunteer Handbook
      3. Competency Exam
      4. Read Continuous Readiness Handbook
      5. Read Values and Standards Pamphlet
    2. Photo I. D. Badge
    3. Purchase Uniform (if applicable)
    4. Assignment, Schedule & Training
